Merative's Cúram Software team is currently looking for an experienced Business Consultant to join our team now!

As a Business Consultant in the Cúram Software team, you will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Cúram and health/human services related implementations.
You will have significant responsibility in the delivery of project implementations as you work with clients and systems integration partners on requirements definition/elaboration, functional design, fit/gap, CBAS configuration, and testing.

Successful Candidates will have:
Successful track record of effective written communications and presentation delivery.
Experience with business process analysis (Use Cases and/or process flows) and mapping or solution design (Gap Analysis) techniques.
Experience with screen design and story-boarding.
Experience with quality assurance activities and test case development. Experience leading Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions.
Experience working with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or packaged Commercial off-the-Shelf (COTS) software - to include, but is not limited to, products from SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, Seibel, Lawson, Harmony, CGI, etc. Cúram product suite is focused on developing and delivering the enterprise solution that encompasses and integrates human services, labor, health, social security, and military and veterans' agencies around the globe.
Shelf (COTS) software - to include, but is not limited to, products from SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, Seibel, Lawson, Harmony, CGI, etc.
Cúram product suite is focused on developing and delivering the enterprise solution that encompasses and integrates human services, labor, health, social security, and military and veterans' agencies around the globe.

Job Description -

Continue to develop expertise in Cúram Business Application Suite (CBAS) Gather and/or define requirements, often through interviews and facilitating meetings with client subject matter experts.

  • Lead fit/gap sessions that map requirements to standard features and functions.

  • Recommend Cúram application/functional extensions, as necessary, to client solution requirements.

  • Develop functional designs associated with the extensions.

  • Configure the Cúram Business Application Suite (CBAS) to meet client requirements.

  • Serve as a conduit between Cúram technical staff and client subject matter experts to assist in development extensions.

  • Plan and execute tests to verify the solution is properly configured and extended to meet requirements.

  • Mentor colleagues, clients and implementation teams so they can better understand Cúram OOTB functionality against client requirements.

  • Work closely with the test team members to explain Cúram functionality and mapping to client requirements to achieve thorough testing.

  • Review Test Cases and suggest changes in test case or approach.

  • Provide information on the Cúram data model and explain entities and attributes in the model and the relationships between them.

  • Build a high level of trust and confidence with partners and clients and offer proposed solutions.

Basic Qualifications (minimum requirements needed to perform this job) Best Practices:

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • At least 5 years experience in IT Business analyst consulting

  • At least 5 years experience in CURAM software product and services work

  • At least 5 year experience in associated business processes of human health services (e.g., welfare, medical assistance, child protection, child support, eligibility or health insurance)

Best Practices:

Information Technology At least 5 years experience as an analyst or consultant in a large professional services organization.

Education and Certification Requirements -

Bachelor's Degree Work Environment / Travel Combination of onsite at Merative office or Client location and remote within United States Travel weekly to client site, as needed.
