We are looking for a collaborative and dynamic Associate M365 Engineer to join our team. The associate M365 engineer is responsible for the service management of Microsoft 365 products like Exchange, Office 365, Teams, Intune and Native applications on Windows and macOS. The ideal candidate should be adaptable to evolving technologies and processes, including tools like Co-Pilot and Loop. Should be capable of handling Level 1 operational tickets related to the mentioned technologies while ensuring adherence to ITSM principles using SNOW.Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents of Microsoft 365 products.
- Create policies and ensure ITSM principal adherence to the process and procedures.
- Write professional work notes while ensuring the tasks compliance.
- Participate and engage with end users with professional tools like SNOW and Teams.
- Configure, Deploy and troubleshoot Windows, macOS, iOS and android devices.
- Promptly engineer the interrogations with Co-Pilot to resolve the tasks.
- Achieve early workaround with the guidance of senior engineers.
- Implement and troubleshoot security policies and controls.
- Actively engage and collaborate with different teams for the resolution of the tickets.
- Backup and restore company data inside the devices to ensure Business Continuity.
- Effectively communicate and address problems with quicker turnaround time.
Required Skills
- 0–3 years of experience in M365 Suite, macOS, Windows OS, and any mobile management software.
- Demonstrated strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in managing and executing projects
- Documented examples showcasing problem-solving and collaborative skills
Education
- Any bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or related.
Note - The role may require working in rotational shifts covering US or UK business hours.
