Merge medical imaging solutions, offered by Merative, combine intelligent, scalable imaging workflow tools with deep and broad expertise to help healthcare organizations improve their confidence in patient outcomes and optimize care delivery.Merative is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive interest in Merge’s industry-leading medical imaging and interoperability solutions. In this role, you will engage prospective healthcare organizations to understand their clinical imaging needs and convert initial interest into qualified sales opportunities. Your efforts will directly support the adoption of Merge’s diagnostic imaging platforms, radiology solutions, and data-sharing technologies, which play a critical role in the future of connected healthcare. SDRs will follow up on inbound leads and conduct strategic outreach to uncover opportunities across hospitals, imaging centers, and health systems.
Responsibilities:
Respond in a timely manner to inbound marketing leads
Educate and nurture prospects to hand off qualified leads to sales
Lead discovery calls with prospective clients with the goal to quickly pass them off to sales
Utilize a proactive strategic sales approach and develop creative outreach techniques to convince prospects to have a more in-depth sales conversation
Maintain a thorough knowledge of assigned solutions and understanding of the competitive landscape
Complete daily documentation of client and prospect activities in Salesforce.com and SalesLoft
Maintain or exceed monthly/quarterly targeted objectives of number of leads created, opportunities launched, progression of opportunities from noticed, identified, validated and qualified.
Basic Qualifications (minimum requirements needed to perform this job):
Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales/outbound sales
Motivated by sales & interested healthcare technology, particularly medical imaging and health data interoperability
Coachable, resilient, and curious mind-set
Strong listening and communication skills, both verbal and written
Excellent organization, critical thinking and presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Self-starter with motivation to operate in a remote, fast-paced environment
Proficient with Microsoft Office 365
Comfortable leveraging video for internal and external communication
Preferred Skills:
Healthcare IT experience
Previous use and experience with Salesforce.com, ZoomInfo and Salesloft
Ability to quickly assess a company's needs and personalize the outreach to each prospect
Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales quota
Education Requirements & Work Environment:
Bachelor’s degree
Healthcare certifications are ideal but not required
Home office that allows you to work efficiently and without disruption
Travel may be required 3-4 times per year for team meetings and Annual Sales Meetings. Additional travel made be asked for client meetings
