As a Technical Consultant on the Merative services team, you will have responsibility in the delivery of project implementations.

You will work closely with clients, systems integration partners and teams on our projects to implement Case Management solutions using the Cúram Social Program Management.

.Essential Job Duties:

  • Facilitate requirements and fit/gap workshops with client staff on technical topics and non-functional requirements.
  • Create functional and technical designs as well as solution prototypes, to support Curam configurations and extensions such as workflow, rules and/or integrations.
  • Develop, code and unit test Cúram extensions in a J2EE environment,
  • Develop REST APIs
  • Configure and troubleshoot application servers like WebSphere or WebLogic
  • Develop SQLs and performance tune DBs like Oracle and DB2.
  • Ability to work within Agile delivery teams, and DevOps processes.
  • Establish and maintain successful working relationship with fellow employees, System Integration partners and clients, and promote Cúram Solution as a capable and trusted partner.
  • Apply industry standard design methodologies and patterns

Basic Qualifications (minimum requirements needed to perform this job)

  • 5+ years of experience in a hands-on technical role delivering and implementing software solutions with design/development principles

  • 4+ years of experience with Curam software and delivery, including batch, online, rules, workflows, web services.

  • 5+ years of experience in Java/J2EE/ JEE development, JDBC, XML, XSL, CSS, JavaScript

  • Experience with EJB, RSA, UNIX and NT operating systems, Oracle or DB2 databases, WebSphere or Weblogic

  • At least 1year of experience in modern UI/UX design and user research practices, tools, languages such as React.js, Angular and UML

Preferred Skills

  • Ability to apply data architecture and data government best practices (ideally in a health and human services agency), ETLs, BI platform, data integration, data quality assessments, data migration strategies and load management techniques.

  • Cloud experience / delivery of applications with AWS, Azure, IBM Cloud, and other, Kubernetes/Docker

  • DevOps, development/integration tooling SCM, CI/CD and/or Jenkins, Pipelines (Azure or AWS), Ansible/Chef/Puppet, Packer/Terraform, etc.

  • Experience in containers using Kubernetes, Helm charts

  • Agile Scrum Master experience

  • Flexibility to travel if needed

Education and Certification Requirements

  • Bachelor/master’s degree in computer science degree or information technology or equivalent

  • Cúram Technical certification (preferably on latest Cúram version)

The salary range provided in this job posting is intended to reflect the general market value for the position. The actual salary offered may vary based on factors such as the candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and the specific requirements of the role. This range may also be subject to change as market conditions evolve. We encourage open communication throughout the interview process to discuss compensation expectations. For base-salary + commission sales roles, the range represents On-Target Earnings.

Min – Max :

$89,486.40 - $134,229.60 (CAD)
