Your role as a Sales Enablement Specialist at Xsens

As a Sales Enablement Specialist, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth from the existing customer base by leveraging data-driven campaigns, sales optimization initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration across key global markets. You will combine insights from CRM systems, customer history, product usage data, and additional data sources to design, execute, and continuously improve targeted commercial campaigns that maximize customer value and engagement. You will use AI tools and build agents to automate sales related business process functions to enable efficient an effective interaction with sales organization and customers.

In this role, you will play a key part in enabling the sales organization by supporting Account Executives and Channel Managers with data insights and AI-powered tools to optimize sales performance. You will also coordinate closely with Marketing, Product Management, Customer Support, and Operations to ensure campaigns are well-aligned with product launches, feature releases, and broader commercial strategies.

This role combines analytical thinking, AI literacy with hands-on execution and strong stakeholder coordination. Hybrid working is possible, with an expectation of being present in the office at least three days per week. You will report to our Head of Global Sales – Body Sensor Networks.

Key challenges:

  • Combine Salesforce data with additional internal and external data sources to design and execute targeted commercial campaigns

  • AI tools and build agents to automate sales related business process functions to enable efficient an effective interaction with sales organization and customers.

  • Support Account Executives and Customer Partners in optimizing sales performance using data insights and (AI) tools

  • Coordinate and execute cross-functional campaigns with Marketing, Product Management, and other internal teams

  • Lead sales revival and upsell campaigns aligned with new product features and releases

  • Translate data insights into actionable strategies that drive customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth

  • Continuously improve campaign effectiveness through testing, measurement, and optimization

Job requirements

Xsens is looking for a commercially driven and analytically strong Sales Enablement Specialist. Someone who thrives in an environment where data-driven decision-making, ownership, and collaboration are highly valued. You have:

  • A proactive and commercially focused mindset with strong ownership of revenue targets

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B software or technology sales, sales operations, customer success, or revenue operations

  • Hands-on experience working with CRM systems such as Salesforce and combining multiple data sources for campaign execution

  • Experience supporting sales teams with tools, insights, or AI-driven solutions to improve performance.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into practical commercial actions.

  • Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives with Marketing, Product Management, and Sales teams

  • Experience and comfort working with Claude, GGPT, AI agents, and vibe coding

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Fluency in written and spoken English; German or another European language is a plus
