We're seeking a Financial Manager, who`ll play a crucial role in ensuring the financial health and compliance of our global operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and IFRS standards by meticulously reviewing financial records, preparing accurate financial statements, and overseeing the consolidation process at the global Muse Group level.
- Provide essential support during audits, demonstrating a thorough understanding of financial procedures and regulations.
- Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze data, identify trends, and create insightful reports to support decision-making processes.
- Generate detailed reports for investors, showcasing the company's financial performance.
- Maintaining accurate accounting records, preparing and submitting tax returns and VAT, calculating and processing payroll, managing monthly financial statements, overseeing statutory audits, ensure compliance with Cyprus regulations.
- Contribute to financial planning and provide insights to support business decision-making.
Required Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience in financial management roles and accounting, strong understanding of GAAP and IFRS principles and financial reporting standards.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and other financial software tools, with the ability to manipulate large datasets and perform complex analyses.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey financial information clearly and effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
- Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to accuracy and integrity in financial reporting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to evolving business needs and regulatory requirements.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
- Fluent English.
