We are currently seeking a Senior Product Analyst to strengthen our product analytics capabilities and support the development of our experimentation platform. You’ll work alongside Product Managers, Engineers, and fellow Analysts to drive data-informed decision-making, build infrastructure, and fuel product growth.

- Develop and evolve our A/B testing platform and experimentation workflows
- Conduct full-cycle analytics projects: hypothesis generation, experimental design, implementation, post-analysis, and insight generation
- Create and maintain dashboards, and reports to support day-to-day and strategic decisions
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to align analytics with product goals and roadmap
- Work with our metrics tree to ensure goal alignment and traceability of outcomes
- Engage in strategic ad hoc deep dives and growth opportunity research
- Address technical debt: structure, clean, and optimize event tracking systems
- Help establish best practices, documentation, and scalable analytics systems
- Support and mentor peers in data interpretation and decision-making
- Minimum 5 years as a Product or Data Analyst in a tech/product environment
- Expert-level SQL (any dialect); experience with ClickHouse is a plus
- Proficiency in Python or R — especially for experimentation, data modeling, and visualization
- Strong foundation in math, statistics, and A/B testing methodology
- Familiarity with data warehousing, BI tools and ETL pipelines
- Experience working on product teams in mobile-first or app-centric environments
- Strong communication and collaboration skills — especially with cross-functional stakeholders
- Ability to take initiative, structure work independently, and drive impact in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent English (B2 or higher)
