What you’ll be doing:
- Assist the team in reporting of various marketing channels and app stores across various parts of the funnel
- Assist the team with budget management and reporting to ensure accurate pacing
- Analyze different reports and make optimization recommendations to marketing managers
- Assist with app store optimization tasks as and when needed for both the US and international markets
- Assist with influencer scouting and robust creative reporting
- Work cross-functionally with the internal creative and BI teams and with external agencies and publishers to further better the performance of marketing
- Help with one-off marketing tests (channels, creatives etc) as and when required
- Build reports and decks to share results with the larger organization

Qualifications to be successful in this role:
- 2-3 years of experience managing / reporting on digital media channels such as social, search, programmatic etc. Both brand and agency experience are welcome
- Experience in mobile ad buying is a big plus, but not mandatory
- Excellent with numbers and excel. You are good at digging into data and parsing out signals that can meaningfully have an impact on campaign performance
- Attention to detail. You understand the importance of getting seemingly small things right
- Good interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with marketing managers, creative teams, analytics teams as well as external agencies and publishers
- Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
- Travel Requirement: Approximately 10% travel will be required for this position
- Job Location: Bay Area, CA, or Austin, TX, strongly preferred, but open to remote

The reasonably estimated salary for this role at MyFitnessPal ranges from $68,600 - $100,800. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. In addition, MyFitnessPal offers a wide range of comprehensive and inclusive employee benefits for this role including healthcare, parental planning, mental health benefits, annual performance bonus, a 401(k) plan and match, responsible time off, monthly wellness and technology allowances, and others.
