Our Data Infrastructure Team provides the pipelines and tools that enable our analysts deriving insights from data while operating on a modern & cloud-based data infrastructure that is constantly evolving and improving. Our daily business ranges from data warehousing and table management to backend development and infrastructure maintenance. We strongly believe in collaboration; you will join an international self organised team that delivers the best possible experience to our stakeholders.

 

What You'll Do

  • Manage and own the discovery and delivery of new features and enhancements of our data infrastructure.
  • Organise and prioritise the backlog and facilitate all ceremonies of the agile development process.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into user stories.
  • Build and maintain a technical roadmap for the data infrastructure with input from the engineers and guidance from the management team.
  • Own the governance of the data infrastructure and ensure that it is secure, reliable and compliant with data protection regulations.

 

What You'll Need

  • Significant experience as a Product Owner or similar role in a data engineering team.
  • A proven track record of strong facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels. 
  • Experience of working in an agile environment and a good understanding of agile principles and practices.
  • Technical understanding of cloud infrastructure and data engineering, preferably experience with Google Cloud Platform, Airflow, BigQuery and dbt.
  • Familiarity with data governance and international data protection regulations.
