About the Team
The People Operations Team is the go-to resource for HR systems, processes and support. We are responsible for the entire employee lifecycle management, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring we deliver the best possible experience in close collaboration with our People Business Partners on matters such as discipline, grievances, policy implementation and general advice. We work closely with other teams within the People function, including Talent Acquisition and Total Reward, to ensure alignment and smooth execution across all HR touchpoints. With 4 main locations in Berlin, Langenfeld, London and Boston, and smaller entities across the globe, we manage a diverse mix of topics, including relocation, visa processes, HR legal compliance and process globalisation. Right now we’re looking for a HR Generalist (all genders) to join our team in Madrid.
