- Manage digital acquisition channels: Oversee and optimize performance marketing channels to drive user acquisition and ad spend on our platform.
- Optimize growth channels: Evaluate and enhance existing growth strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Test new growth initiatives: Experiment with new growth strategies such as community engagement and sponsored content creation.
- Enhance user onboarding: Collaborate with product and marketing teams to refine the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition for new users.
- Drive advertiser engagement: Develop and implement campaigns to increase platform spend and bolster advertiser retention rates.
- Website redesign collaboration: Contribute to the website redesign efforts to enhance user sign-up rates and overall user experience.
- Referral program development: Play a pivotal role in promoting and refining a referral program designed to grow our user base.
- Growth and engagement channel management: Take charge of the channels that face our growth and user engagement directly.
- Community strategy creation and scaling: Develop and scale a community strategy that aligns with our brand’s mission and growth targets.
- Email marketing campaign management: Plan and execute compelling email marketing campaigns to engage and retain users.
- Content creation: Generate high-quality, engaging content such as case studies, white papers, blogs, and videos to showcase the strengths of our ad platform to improve user experience and increase paying advertiser growth.
- Collaborate for success stories: Work closely with e-commerce, agency brands, and external partners to create powerful testimonials and case studies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of relevant experience, ideally in the ad tech or digital marketing sectors.
- Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills with an ability to translate data into action.
- Entrepreneurial Spirit: A self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity and willing to take initiative.
- Experimentation-Led: A penchant for testing and optimizing to find the best solutions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to work seamlessly across teams including product, marketing, and account management.
- Experience: Prior experience with NewsBreak Ad Manager or similar ad platforms. Strong background in onboarding, paid conversion, retention, and referral growth in a similar industry.
