We are looking for an experienced Machine Learning Tech Lead for our monetization team, who plays a vital role in driving technology and product innovation. This role will lead a team of skilled professionals towards achieving groundbreaking advancements in AI-driven monetization.

About the role

As a Tech Lead, your role goes beyond developing technology; it's about leading a team of skilled professionals towards achieving groundbreaking advancements in AI-driven monetization. We are looking for a tech leader who can inspire, mentor, and elevate our team’s capabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers in developing automated creative generation tools across text, image, and video platforms, employing advanced LLM models.
• Oversee the creation of next-generation conversational assistants to enhance user interaction, leveraging your expertise in LLMs.
• Drive innovation by encouraging your team to develop new solutions, improving chat experiences, model outputs, and pioneering new AI-centric products.
• Actively collaborate with global teams across functions, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or related fields, with a strong foundation in machine learning (Recommendation System/Advertising Algorithm/NLP/CV).
• At least 7 years of relevant experience, with a significant portion in a technical leadership or mentoring role, with at least 3 years specifically dedicated to working on advertising systems.
• Experience in utilizing Generative AI in marketing texts, images, videos; expertise in LLMs and model fine-tuning.
• Demonstrated leadership in tech innovation, with excellent problem-solving, team-building, and project management skills.
• Strong communication skills, capable of inspiring and leading a diverse team.
• Determination and vision to guide the team and business to unparalleled success.
