Purpose of the Role
The Sales Systems Analyst will be responsible for the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of our CRM platform. This role will work closely with functional leaders, organizational units, and subject matter experts to identify, develop, and deploy new business processes. The Sales System Analyst will be instrumental in ensuring the effective use of Salesforce and other systems to enhance our business operations and drive our company's strategic goals.

You will have experience in Salesforce and other systems such as Salesloft and HubSpot will be a bonus. You will be a great communicator and problem solver and have experience in working on complex projects with third party companies.
Overall responsibility
- Salesforce Management:
- Perform Salesforce administrative tasks such as user management, data imports, database maintenance, and routine clean-up.
- Manage Salesforce security including roles, profiles, sharing rules, flows, and groups.
- Customization and Configuration:
- Customize Salesforce fields, page layouts, record types, custom objects, and custom apps.
- Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and flows.
- User Support and Training:
- Provide end-user support and system training to ensure effective use of Salesforce.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any Salesforce-related issues.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify and implement new business processes and improvements within Salesforce.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency through the use of Salesforce.
- Data Management:
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy by performing regular data audits and validation.
- Manage data integration and maintain data quality through ongoing analysis and cleansing.
- Documentation and Compliance:
- Document system configuration, administration processes, and user guides.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations
Competence and Experience
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
- Proven experience with Salesforce customization, configuration, and management.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification required
- Advanced certifications (e.g., Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder) are a plus.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality
- Proficient in Salesforce Lightning experience.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
