Job Title: Senior Manager, DTC Growth Marketing

JOB SUMMARY

As the Manager, DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) Growth Marketing, you will be
accountable for developing and executing strategies to drive customer acquisition,
retention, and revenue growth across our digital channels. You will lead the
marketing function that is focused on Growth Marketing and collaborate with cross-
functional teams to drive brand and product awareness while generating highly
qualified traffic to NZXT.com.

RESPONSIBILITIES

●Develop, implement, and optimize a comprehensive and cost-efficient DTC
growth marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition and revenue
growth.
● Plan and execute data-driven marketing campaigns across various digital
channels, including email marketing, social media, paid advertising, SEO,
and content marketing.

● Utilize analytics and performance metrics to track, measure, and report on
the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making data-driven decisions to
optimize results.
● Collaborate with the product and creative teams to develop compelling
messaging, creative assets, and landing pages that drive engagement and
conversion.
● Stay up to date with industry best practices, digital marketing trends, and
be fully immersed in PC gaming and hardware trends.Allocation of marketing budget across various channels and campaigns that align with overall
Growth Marketing strategy.
● Selection and implementation of marketing tools and platforms to support DTC growth
objectives.
● Selection and optimization of Influencers, Technology Reviewers, NZXT Partners, NZXT
Community, and related activities that support Growth Marketing.
● Development and optimization of customer segmentation strategies.
● Creation and execution of A/B optimization experiments that include platforms, creative
collateral, and merchandising.

QUALIFICATIONS

●Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. A master's degree is
a plus.
● Proven experience (5+ years) in digital marketing, with a focus on DTC growth strategies in the
e-commerce and National or international Video Game Industry.
● Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including email marketing, influencer
engagement, social media, SEO, paid advertising, and content marketing.
● Demonstrated experience in developing and executing data-driven marketing campaigns that
drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
● Proficiency in using analytics and marketing automation tools to measure and optimize
campaign performance.
● Solid understanding of customer segmentation, persona development, and customer journey
mappingExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with
cross-functional teams.
● Up-to-date knowledge of marketing trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in DTC
marketing related to gaming and personal computers.
● Experience using marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving actionable insights from
data.
● Strategic mindset, with the ability to align MDF (Marketing Development Funds) programs with
overall business objectives and partner needs.
● Strong negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to drive alignment and consensus
among stakeholders.
● Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
● Self-motivated and results-driven mindset.
● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.
