JOB SUMMARY
An exciting new role within the NZXT sales organization for someone to support the ongoing growth of strategic accounts in North America. We’re looking for someone that is passionate about making a difference
RESPONSIBILITIES
We are seeking an experienced, resourceful Ecommerce Specialist, to take the lead with all sales tactics required to drive growth with our Amazon business (US/Canada/MX) and other accounts as may be assigned.
- Item setup and maintenance
- Optimize product listings (titles, bullets, images, variations, keyword research, bundles)
- A+ Premium content maintenance
- Amazon storefront maintenance
- AMS spend tracking
- MDF accrual tracking
- Sales and Category Ranking monitoring
- Chargeback and Penalty minimization - tracking and collaborating with NZXT Finance
- Order Entry and Management - tracking completions, backorders; identifying inventory shortfalls
- Promotional Billings - validating invoices and reported sell through quantities
- Coordination of order execution with our DC
- Assisting with forecasting exercises of the overall business and at the SKU level
- Special projects: eg., competitive analysis
- Present to Sales Team and other departments with status updates on key projects
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years’ experience supporting growth strategies for a reputable brand selling to Amazon
- Amazon Vendor/Seller Central experience desirable
- Understanding of customer logistical support that is both locally supplied and via direct import
- Understanding of content and paid search marketing
- Ability to take ownership of assigned tasks and work independently
- Excellent communication skills, teamwork attitude, ability to work flexible hours and meet deadlines
- Analytical: Margin analysis, sales forecasting, inventory planning (Excel)
- Presentation: Internal sales updates (PPT)
- Language proficiency: English (fluent)
- Experience with consumer electronics or PC components is ideal
- Be willing to work in a home office
