Job Title: Supply Planner

JOB SUMMARY

NZXT is focused on developing high quality products designed to meet our gaming customers’ needs. This is an exciting and challenging position within a growing company to launch and ramp new products. NZXT is looking for a supply planner for NZXT’s growing product portfolio. In this role, you will be responsible for the availability and visibility of finished goods and material. This is a key supply chain role, interacting with our ODM Suppliers and internal core teams, encompassing finished Goods planning, allocation direction, FCST/Master PO review and release , supply flexibility modeling, and materials Inventory/liability management.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Generate supply plan based on FCST alignment with Demand Planning & Logistics teams.
  • Collaborate closely with supplier partners to review the CTB (clear to build) reports regarding material status for various products. Identify material shortages that may impact program delivery timelines, and drive cross-functional efforts to ensure timely program execution and objectives achievement.
  • Develop internal and external materials management processes that identify supply chain risks, provide early visibility to potential supply disruptions, and propose mitigation measures to ensure material readiness.
  • Regularly communicate the status and risks of finished goods and material readiness, and comfortable escalating issues to senior management when necessary.
  • Manage the risk buy process, authorize material procurement for supplier partners, and monitor open PO reporting from suppliers.
  • Provide program support for Planning and Supply Chain teams to improve the allocation and maximize revenue.
  • Identify potential material inventory risks during the EOL phase, minimize Excess & Obsolete inventory, recommend the critical course of action to the management team, and lead efforts to mitigate any potential liability.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Understand and exhibit the NZXT core values; sets the example for NZXT values while working with suppliers.
  • 5+ years experience with supply planning for consumer electronics products in an operations/manufacturing role
  • BS in Manufacturing, Operations, Business, or related field or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in planning, scheduling, warehouse replenishment, inventory management and understanding of factory operations in high-volume hardware manufacturing.
  • Experience communicating and influencing all levels of management.
  • Fluent in Chinese Mandarin and English; excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work with technical and non-technical business owners to get things done.
  • Graduate degree in Business, Project Management discipline
  • Very comfortable working on Excel, Powerpoint, and familiar with data analysis. Excel VBA/Macro skills is a big plus.
  • Experience communicating and influencing all levels of management.
