Job Title: Sr. Director, International Ecommerce

Reports to: SVP GM of Global DTC

Location: EMEA Remote (with ability to travel to German office)

Workplace Type: Remote

The Sr. Director, International Ecommerce will be responsible for collaborating cross-functionally to build and lead all marketing and merchandising aspects of the NZXT.com direct-to-consumer (DTC) e-commerce business, with a primary focus on mid to high-end Gaming PCs. This includes driving and proactively managing the global NZXT Gaming PC roadmap localization and implementation in EMEA to competitively position NZXT’s offering in target EMEA markets. This role will strategize, plan, develop, and execute content plans, as well as oversee the generation of promotional materials and campaigns, monitor performance analytics, the website traffic, and product performance - with the ability to travel to NZXT Munich office, as needed.


  • Drive and proactively manage the global NZXT Gaming PC Sales roadmap in EMEA markets to position NZXT's offering competitively.
  • Orchestrate all aspects of a strategic e-commerce plan to drive traffic and customer growth to meet and exceed revenue goals.
  • Drive online revenue by coordinating with Hardware Product Management, Software Product Management, Marketing, and Operations to deliver a best-in-class shopping experience while increasing conversion rate, average order value (AOV), and margin.
  • Deep understanding of influencers, community, content creators and how these impact overall marketing and revenue.
  • Work with Marketing to understand key segment personas and their customer journeys to effectively reach and engage audiences as part of a full-funnel strategy.
  • More emphasis on transformational strategy in sales and marketing versus the transactional.
  • Cannot be a lone wolf - must have collaboration ability to bridge cross-functionally and build relationships.
  • Develop and maintain an activity calendar that includes product launches, product revisions, industry events, and promotions in coordination with Hardware Product Management, Software Product Management, and Marketing.
  • Monitor and leverage analytics and insights to inform overall business strategy and tactics.
  • Direct integrated campaigns that will deliver an increase in conversion rates, overall order size while managing margin performance across a variety of product lines.
  • Identify and lead new areas of e-commerce opportunities beyond current offerings.


  • Understanding and knowledge of gaming consumer electronics across top countries in Europe, including Germany, UK and France - specific experience in Gaming PCs and Gaming PC Market preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in DTC/e-commerce, Digital Marketing, Demand Generation, Marketplace Management, or a related field.
  • Deep understanding of e-commerce-specific business practices and consumer behavior.
  • Experience with various commerce platforms (e.g. Shopify, BigCommerce, etc.)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Sales, related fields, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong skills and abilities in strategy, planning, and execution, including merchandising, and marketing.
  • Demonstrated strong business judgment and decision-making skills; ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate highest impact initiatives.
  • Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, and project management skills and experience (from conception to completion).
  • Highly adept at building trusted partnerships/relationships across all areas of the business.
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences at varying levels of the organization.
