Job Title: Sales Support Specialist
Location: Monrovia, CA
Workplace Type: Hybrid

JOB SUMMARY

A “sales-focused” individual to enable, support, and facilitate NZXT business and sales across select Business to Business (B2B) customers throughout North and South America. Sales order data entry/maintenance with customer engagement and NZXT Sales Team integration. Identify/recommend process improvements for seamless customer communications and optimized internal processes.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop meaningful relationships with customers to encourage trust and loyalty
  • Fulfill requests from customers and attend to issues and/or inquiries
  • Resolve customer complaints and work with internal teams for the best solution to the problem
    • Recognize and share how solutions can be applied across all customers
  • Work with the logistics team to get orders out within the requested window
  • Maintain customer data
  • Follow up on customer backorders regularly

  • Daily Processing
    • Processing of B2B orders in ERP including entry, getting approvals, sending the orders to logistics/warehouse
    • Response to general B2B customer inquiries
    • Process of customer returns
    • Collection and organization of customer data, such as inventory/sell-through data
    • Account SKU set up at select accounts (Amazon, Best Buy, others)
    • Online merchandising improvements - communicating creative content updates to customers
    • 1WorldSync (formerly known as CNet) - uploading content

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and strive to meet deadlines
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and Google Suite
  • Experience with Amazon Vendor Central and/or Best Buy’s vendor portal is helpful
  • Excellent communication skills, teamwork attitude, ability to work flexible hours, and meet deadlines
  • Comfortable, effective customer communication
  • A continuous improvement mentality to make the process better
  • A desire to update job/industry knowledge as business changes/progresses
  • Attention to detail
  • Able to multitask
  • Language proficiency: English (fluent)

COMPENSATION

The estimated base range for this role is: $23 - 29. Compensation decisions are dependent on several factors, including, but not limited to, an individual’s qualifications, internal equity, and alignment with market data. We offer a wide range of benefits, including health/dental/vision, retirement, and paid time off. All employees at NZXT receive equity as part of their compensation package.
