What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered. 10+ years of software development experience, including experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. 2+ years of experience leading and managing software engineering teams. Experience developing applications and services using .NET/C#. Experience with authentication and authorization systems and cloud-native development. Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and inspire teams. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with technical and business stakeholders.
