What you'll do Manage relationships with multiple large multi-shop operator accounts at once as their trusted product partnerCoordinate and negotiate across Sales, Support, Implementation, Engineering, and User Experience to balance customer needs with business prioritiesTurn customer insight, market research, and data into a clear product roadmap and well-defined user storiesShape marketplace capabilities across catalog, pricing, search, and transaction workflowsExplore artificial intelligence opportunities like automated matching, dynamic pricing, and predictive analyticsTrack the metrics that matter, such as adoption, conversion, retention, and gross merchandise value, and lead go-to-market for new initiatives What you bring 5+ years of enterprise business-to-business software product management Proven success managing several large enterprise accounts at the same timeStrong negotiation skills and the ability to lead without direct authorityExperience with ecommerce or marketplace productsTechnical fluency to weigh application programming interfaces, integrations, and architecture tradeoffs with EngineeringComfort with Agile practices and hands-on use of artificial intelligence toolsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience Bonus points Automotive industry experience (highly preferred), especially in collision repair or parts procurementExperience presenting strategy to executive leadershipExperience mentoring other product managers The detailsTravel up to 20% (about 1–2 days per month) to meet customers where they work.
