About this Role:

As an SMB Account Executive focused on the healthcare space, you will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and driving revenue growth within the small and medium-sized business segments. Leveraging your expertise in healthcare sales and your understanding of SMB needs, you will focus on inbound marketing-generated leads and new sign-ups that are high-probability Office Ally customers based on key attributes. In addition, you will identify new business opportunities, cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, and deliver tailored solutions to address their unique challenges.

Job Duties

  • Prospect and generate leads within the SMB healthcare sectors utilizing various channels to include cold calling, emailing, networking events, and industry partnerships.

  • Engage with inbound/marketing leads efficiently, ensuring to provide a positive customer interaction.

  • Initiate and maintain contact with potential clients, building rapports and maintaining ongoing relationships.

  • Utilize Salesforce to manage the sales pipeline efficiently, tracking leads from prospect to close.

  • Work to stay informed on market trends and industry developments to position our products and services efficiently.

  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand prospective clients' pain points, goals, and objectives.

  • Develop and present compelling product demonstrations and proposals that showcase the value of our solutions to potential clients.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product, and customer support, to ensure seamless onboarding and implementation of new clients.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions using our CRM system.

  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and objectives.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, healthcare administration, or related fields preferred.

  • 3-5 years of experience in healthcare sales, or related experience.

  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a focus on selling software solutions or services within the healthcare market or similar industries.

  • Strong understanding of SMB healthcare market dynamics.

  • Strong understanding of the unique challenges faced by healthcare organizations in the SMB segment.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
