About the Role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing team and lead the charge in building and scaling our recruiting function. In this role, you’ll design and execute strategies to attract, hire, and retain top talent across all departments, while closely partnering with hiring managers, HR leadership, and cross-functional teams. You’ll play a key role in shaping an inclusive and seamless recruitment experience that aligns with our mission, values, and culture. This role is remote and will require up to 20% travel to our various offices.
What You’ll Do

Develop and lead a scalable talent acquisition strategy that supports company growth across all functions, including technical, clinical, and operational roles.

Partner with senior leadership to forecast hiring needs and build proactive sourcing pipelines.

Establish and implement recruiting processes, tools, and metrics to ensure efficiency, compliance, and exceptional candidate experience.

Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation for key roles.

Identify and manage partnerships with external recruiters, job boards, and recruitment technology platforms.

Ensure diversity, equity, and inclusion are embedded in all recruiting practices.

Create and maintain key dashboards and reports to track time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire, and other hiring KPIs.

Train and guide hiring managers on interviewing best practices, legal compliance, and workforce planning.

Build the foundation for employer branding, employee referral programs, and early talent pipelines.

Manage the talent acquisition function to include coaching and developing the HR and Talent Assistant.

Works collaboratively in a team environment with a spirit of cooperation.

Qualifications
What You’ll Need

A minimum of 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 2 years in a strategic or lead talent acquisition role.

Proven experience recruiting in high-growth healthcare, SaaS, or tech environments.

Deep understanding of ATS platforms (e.g., Paycom, Greenhouse, Lever) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).

Demonstrated ability to use data and talent metrics to drive decisions, measure recruitment effectiveness, and inform continuous improvement strategies.

Strong organizational and project management skills to handle high volumes of recruiting activity.

Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with various teams and stakeholders.

A genuine passion for creating an exceptional candidate experience and hiring manager experience.

Proven success in building and scaling recruitment programs or functions in a fast-paced environment.
