About the Role
We’re looking for a Director of Product Operations to join our team. This role is ideal for a proven leader who can build scalable operational frameworks, foster cross-functional collaboration, and drive product alignment across the enterprise. As the Director of Product Operations, you will set the operating model, oversee governance, and deliver strategic planning insights to the C-suite—all while mentoring senior leaders and strengthening our product organization.
What You’ll Do

Define and enforce enterprise product operating rhythm, stage-gates, and governance frameworks

Negotiate and manage strategic vendor contracts, ensuring ROI and compliance with data privacy regulations

Deliver strategic planning on demand to C-suite, connecting OKRs with real-time portfolio performance

Champion cross-functional collaboration by facilitating alignment and launch orchestration sessions

Publish predictive analytics and ROI heat maps guiding executive investment decisions

Mentor Senior Managers and develop succession plans for critical Product Operations roles

Represent Product Operations in external industry forums, sharing best practices
Qualifications
What You’ll Need
-
Proven experience building Product Operations from the ground up, with success in establishing processes, systems, and best practices

Ability to serve as a player-coach: both rolling up your sleeves to build while also setting strategy and mentoring a growing team

Demonstrated expertise in user research methods (surveys, interviews) to drive product insights and decision-making
-
2+ years of people management experience with a track record of talent development, collaboration, and leadership

Success in building and scaling SaaS products, collaborating across product, marketing, sales, software development, and operations
-
Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of product experience, including at least 3 years in Product Operations
Nice to have

Experience in the healthcare industry, ideally within healthcare technology (preferred)

Certifications from Pragmatic Institute or Portfolio Management Professional (PfMP) a plus
-
Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Pendo, Microsoft Office Suite, Jira, and Confluence a plus

MBA preferred
