Quality Engineer
Join our Agile team to ensure high-quality delivery of healthcare software products. You’ll design and execute manual and automated tests, contribute to performance testing, and collaborate across teams to drive quality improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and run manual and automated test cases using RubyMine and RSpec.
Leverage AI to automate repeatable tasks, improve productivity in QA functions.
Conduct defect analysis and root cause investigations.
Collaborate with domain experts to validate technical accuracy.
Support performance testing (JMeter) and test planning (Azure DevOps).
Report test results and risks to stakeholders.
Requirements:
3 to 5 years in software QA; 2+ years in Ruby Mine test automation.
Hands-on experience with AI prompt engineering, AI agent development.
Experience with manual, exploratory, and regression testing.
Familiarity with RDBMS, Jenkins, REST API testing, and communication protocols.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and ownership mindset.
Bachelor’s in Software Engineering or related field.
Preferred:
Background in healthcare or scientific software.
Knowledge of lab workflows and regulatory standards (US, UK, EU).
Experience with cloud-based testing and performance tools.
