We are currently seeking a Automation Software Engineer aiming to have a challenging and enriching professional experience in our QA team, part of the Product area

Position responsibilities

The function of the Automation Engineer has the following key areas of responsibility.

• Design and develop robust code, frameworks, and complex Test Automation systems using industry best practices and modern tooling

• Innovate and continuously optimize test generation, execution, and management processes, leveraging AI-powered testing tools and intelligent test selection strategies

• Integrate with CI/CD pipelines to ensure optimal test execution health, implementing smart test orchestration and parallel execution strategies

• Stay current with emerging technologies and collaborate with the team on best practices for development, test automation strategies, modern frameworks, and AI-assisted testing approaches

• Knowledge sharing and mentorship across development and QA teams through automation projects, clean code initiatives, coding katas, pair programming sessions, and technical training programs

• Cross-functional collaboration with Scrum product teams and QA, contributing to test automation projects, knowledge transfer, and shared accountability for quality outcomes

• Implement AI-enhanced testing solutions including intelligent test case generation, visual testing with AI, predictive test failure analysis, and automated test maintenance
