Paysafe Prepaid Services Limited and Paysafe Payment Solutions Limited are CBI regulated entities forming part of Paysafe Group - a leading global provider of end-to-end payment solutions. Its core purpose is to enable businesses and consumers to connect and transact seamlessly through industry-leading capabilities in payment processing, digital wallet, and online cash solutions. The Operations team, based in the Dublin Office, has an opening for an EEA Outsourcing Operations Analyst reporting into the Paysafe Prepaid Services Limited EEA Chief Operating Officer. The successful candidate will also provide operational support to Paysafe Payment Solutions Limited.

  • Report to Paysafe Prepaid Services Limited EEA Chief Operating Officer
  • Ensuring EEA Chief Operating Officer is kept informed of all key Service Provider developments and any impacts in performance (as well as the progress of planned remediation)
  • Responsible for oversight of the outsourced operations of Paysafe Prepaid Services Limited as set out in the Master Intercompany Service agreement (MISA).
  • Acting as the point of escalation for Service Provider’s teams
  • Delivering top quality usage of data sets for trend reporting to support COO, CEO, and senior management requirements.
  • Maintain existing reporting (daily, weekly, and monthly) and create new reports where needed.
  • Examine existing reports to understand current operational performance levels and identify opportunities for operational improvement. Developing, modifying, and distributing standard and ad hoc reports/dashboards to better understand the overall business and/or unit.
  • Receiving, evaluating, and responding to data-related inquiries by applying knowledge of data and business operations and obtaining information from various sources.
  • Engage in periodic service reviews to ensure that all contracts remain consistent with services delivered and that Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) remain within agreed tolerances.
  • Collaborating with outsourcing service providers to ensure services are compliant with the CBI / EBA (regulatory) requirements.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to help identify issues that require escalation to senior management.
  • Providing status updates to stakeholders across the business, including at steering committees and working groups.
  • Developing and maintaining guidance documentation, training materials, release details on Paysafe Prepaid Services dashboards and reports.

Combined Entity Responsibilities

  • Assist with automation of regulatory reporting on business intelligence tools by creating scripts to automate repetitive reports, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
  • Track, analyse and report on metrics used to determine operational performance, productivity, or other measures deemed valuable to an organization.
  • Understand operational data structures and create SQL queries to retrieve data.
  • Liaise with project management team in maintaining the Operations Outsourcing Governance roadmap and coordinate the delivery of governance projects and initiatives to ensure consistency across the business.
  • Collaborating with business partners to develop analytic solutions that enable data-driven strategic decision-making.
  • Build positive relationships through on-time delivery of commitments and ensure effective communication with our stakeholders.
  • Preparation of Regulatory submissions as required and assist business functions in responding to regulatory queries, on-site visit, and follow-on requests for information.

  • Intermediate knowledge of Blockchain/Crypto currency.
  • A proven operational knowledge of the Fintech industry, its challenges and growth opportunities
  • Good interpersonal skills and relationship management are essential.
  • Able to demonstrate enthusiasm and a strong work ethic necessary to succeed in a dynamic, fast-moving and results orientated environment.
  • Extensive computer software skills with programs such as Microsoft Excel
