What to Expect:

  • Perform risk assessment of business products and services as to identify and assess the risk exposure from Risk and AML/Compliance perspective
  • Analyse a wide range of company data and internal documents
  • Identify risk minimizing measures and assess their design and operating effectiveness and appropriateness
  • Conduct of GAP analyses and laying down results and findings
  • Track the implementation of the actions/requirements, and monitor completion
  • Raise identified major risks to Risk and Compliance senior management and propose mitigants
  • Maintain strong and effective working relationships with all areas of AML/Compliance, Risk and Product
  • Conduct research on industry leading practices for risk assessment matters pertaining to the payments industry
  • Establish key risk indicators based on detailed research of the industry
  • Prepare documentation for the relevant regulators, audit inspections and internal committees
  • Support the team on the annual risk assessments related to Financial Crimes, Anti Bribery and Corruption and others
  • Participate in the preparation of ad hoc AML/Compliance Risk Assessments
  • Follow an approval process of the AML/Compliance Risk assessments to the relevant MLRO

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law or Business Administration or equivalent
  • Experience in creating AML/Compliance Risk Assessments and AML/CTF topics
  • Excellent skills in written reporting and data analysis
  • Computer literacy and strong Internet knowledge (Internet, e-mail, MS OFFICE, OS Windows)
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
