What to expect:

  • Manages incoming contacts from existing or potential customers
  • Initiates outbound contacts to existing or potential customers
  • Identifies and assesses customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's request, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, following up to ensure resolution
  • Maintains customer records by updating account information
  • Supports second level contacts from customers and answering customer inquiries that cannot be solved in 1st level support
  • Close cooperation with the external/internal 1st level Customer Care Centre, as well as with rest of the internal departments to solve customer requirements and improve our processes
  • Documentation of solved customer inquiries in our ticket system

To be successful you need to have:

  • A levels or equivalent school leaving certification
  • Relevant professional experience in similar position
  • Very good knowledge of MS-Office
  • Proficiency in English
  • Customer- and service-oriented personality
  • Professional manner
  • Independent, collaborative, and pro-active working style
  • A good team player, who works well under pressure
  • Hands-on mentality and an international mindset
