To help us fuel our accelerated growth, we are looking to bring on a new Business Associate as a part of our Early Career Rotational Program. The program will involve up to two 6-month rotations across different areas of the business. The first rotation will be selected by Paysafe after careful consideration and the following rotation will be yours to decide. After completion of all rotations, the intention is that you will join us in an area most suited to your skillset and that aligns with your future career goals.

This role is based in our North American Headquarters in Jacksonville, FL and will be a hybrid opportunity with a balance of remote working and in office days on a flexible schedule. A Bachelor’s degree or higher is required for the role, and we encourage students who are coming up on graduation this spring or recent college graduates to apply. When you join us, you will receive full training and the support of a close-knit team to establish relationships within Paysafe and get to know the business.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline must be obtained prior to the program start date.
  • Ability to break down and solve problems through quantitative thinking and analysis, experience in data analytics preferred.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and create an inclusive environment with people at all levels of an organization.
  • Capability to drive an independent workstream in the context of a broader team project.
  • Comfort with ambiguous, ever-changing situations.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, while paying attention to detail.
