What to expect:

  • Email & Phone support
  • Information support to existing merchants
  • Merchant account reporting, instruction and operation support
  • Provide support to Account Management & Sales teams
  • Working with Compliance team, Payments team, Legal and IT
  • Work in two shifts between 9 AM - 9 PM. Each shift is 9 hours

To be successful you need to have:

  • Understand that this area of the company is extremely high profile; therefore, professional communication skills, both written and oral, are of paramount importance
  • Fluent English
  • Ability to form professional yet personable relationships with merchant contacts
  • Professionally deal with confidential information
  • Desire to achieve “next level” merchant services standards
  • Strong independent decision-making and organizational skills
  • Problem solver
  • Conflict/complaint resolution skills
  • Agility and flexibility in the workplace
  • Able to work in a team atmosphere
  • Can work unsupervised
  • Proactive work ethic
