What to expect:

  • Monitoring regulatory changes and updates, influencing Paysafe’s payments handling process
  • To ensure and facilitate an error free payment processing between the Company and its external partners and customers
  • To ensure and facilitate the accounting process of all internal and external payments
  • To assist with the processing of specialized payments – external third-party provider payments, automated payments etc.
  • To execute daily control over automated payments processes and ensure that all reconciliation mismatches are handled by the end of each business day
  • To ensure collection, distribution and archiving of all outstanding daily bank statements for all bank accounts held by the Company
  • To assist in the month-end financial closure by presenting clear accounting screens and detailed reports on the outstanding accounting entries to the Direct Manager and any parties which may request a copy of the report
  • Provide internal support to the Call Centre and Customer Service departments in the Company.

To be successful you need to have:

  • 1+ years of experience in a similar role (preferably in a company dealing with online payments)
  • Clear communicator (written and verbal) in English (additional language is a plus)
  • Creative problem solver
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Impeccable attention to details
  • Ability to focus on deadlines and deliverables
  • Knowledge and experience with the Paysafe’s systems, products and services
  • In-depth understanding of business processes
  • Can-do positive mindset
  • Fast ad-hoc learner with high levels of flexibility and adaptability to change
