What to expect:

  • Administer the new joiner and leaver process
  • Prepare employment contracts, annexes and other relevant documentation
  • Maintain employee data across various systems and tools
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department
  • Administer benefits policies and packages
  • Help ensure HR policies and processes are followed and continuously improved
  • Prepare reports with all relevant information
  • Actively participate in HR projects

To be successful you need to have:

  • Minimum 2 years relevant administrative experience
  • Experience using an HRIS preferably SuccessFactors is considered a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, procedures and labor relations
  • Strong attention to detail and data integrity
  • Curious, proactive and solution oriented nature
  • Fluency in English
  • Be comfortable using Microsoft Windows, Office, Lync/Skype and other software
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize to meet deadlines
  • Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships
