Reporting to the SVP of Strategy, Innovation & Analytics, the Strategy & Innovation Manager will work together with Strategy & Directors, Analytics & SMEs (Subject Matter Expert) to support all strategic engagements (c. 80%), as well as the SVP and other senior executives in preparation of high-stakes internal, board and investor meetings (c. 20%).

Strategic engagements will range across corporate, portfolio and product strategy, and innovation will include new industries, value propositions and technologies.

How we work:

Our preferred arrangement is for the job holder to follow a hybrid model, spending an average of three days per week at our office location. The office is located in Gresham Street next to St Paul’s cathedral with easy access and transport links via St Paul’s, Bank, Cannon Street, City Thameslink, Liverpool Street, Farringdon, Mansion House.

The impact you will have:

  • Be part of a leading innovation organisation with bold ambitions
  • Work with a lean, high-powered strategy team, scope and run workstreams independently.
  • Deploy the scientific method to break each business problem into constituent parts and ensure rigorous and right-sized quantitative analysis to prove / disprove prevailing hypotheses, with support from company SME’s
  • Navigate a wide range of business problems, working with the strategy lead to research, develop and deploy tailored methodologies where necessary.
  • As necessary, conduct right-sized analysis to support strategic consulting projects and executive deliverables, ensuring accuracy and relevance of conclusions to broader team.
  • Collaborate with the strategy lead, the insights function (consumer analytics), the delivery function and stakeholders throughout the business to deliver your objectives.
  • Support development of high stakes deliverables for the board, investor relations and ExCo
  • Deploy design thinking / the lean startup approach to develop new value propositions.
  • Thrive with high visibility and high scrutiny; the role will be critical to driving the company’s near- and mid-term growth.
  • Work across the organisation, bringing together different stakeholders.
  • Actively engage with Paysafe’s Group Leadership Team on top strategic priorities

  • Develop specialised knowledge within the global payments and entertainment industry.

What we’re looking for:

  • A minimum of 2 years of top-tier consulting experience and minimum of three years of overall work experience in related fields (e.g., corporate strategy, finance, accounting, etc.).
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills, including PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical skills including excel and advanced analytics.
  • A strong propensity to data-driven recommendations and high consumer centricity.
  • Strong internal motivation and an ability to bring the best out of those around you.
