Position Overview


We are seeking a highly motivated LATAM Marketing Campaign Specialist to lead and elevate the PagoEfectivo brand across the Latin American market. In this essential role, you will be responsible for orchestrating marketing strategies and co-branding initiatives with banks and key merchants to boost brand awareness and penetration. Your expertise in budget management will ensure the efficient execution of marketing operations.

As the LATAM Marketing Campaign Specialist, you will supervise and support a diverse team including analysts, designers, and interns, fostering an environment of growth and innovation. Your role will involve significant collaboration with our Latam B2B and Latam Digital Wallet teams to align marketing efforts with broader business goals. Additionally, you will manage relationships with our commercial team and other departments, enhancing overall organizational effectiveness and regional growth.

What will be your major responsibilities?

  • Manage and optimize the marketing budget to ensure effective financial and operational control. This involves meticulous planning and reporting to align with the strategic goals of the organization.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies and brand-building initiatives that enhance the visibility and influence of the PagoEfectivo brand across the Latin American market. Ensure that these strategies are not only creative but also grounded in deep market understanding and aligned with regional preferences.
  • Lead and coordinate vendor procurement and management processes, ensuring that all partnerships are leveraged to maximize value for the brand and stakeholders.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with banks and key merchants, crafting co-branding initiatives that enhance brand awareness and consumer engagement.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive marketing presentations to senior management, effectively communicating strategic plans and achievements.
  • Supervise and support the growth of team members, including analysts, designers, and interns, by providing guidance, feedback, and opportunities for professional development.
  • Oversee public relations activities and media interactions in Peru and Latin America, enhancing the brand's public profile and managing the dissemination of information to the public and other stakeholders.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes to ensure that the marketing strategies remain innovative and compliant.

Is this you?

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is required.
  • Significant experience (3 to 5 years) in marketing, specifically in areas such as brand management, strategic marketing, or relationship management within the banking or financial services sectors.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies and brand-building initiatives across diverse markets, particularly in Latin America.
  • Strong project management skills with a proven track record of successfully managing multiple initiatives and stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
  • Creative thinker with a keen understanding of market trends and the ability to devise and execute innovative marketing strategies that align with business goals.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of fostering strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, and key merchants.
  • Experience in public relations and managing media relations is highly beneficial.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English; proficiency in Portuguese is a plus, reflecting the linguistic diversity of the Latin American region.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform decisions and improve marketing effectiveness.
