What you will do:

  • Recruitment Delivery: For various corporate roles
  • Candidate Sourcing & Screening: Headhunting, managing organic incoming CVs, employee referrals and working with Agencies on their candidate submissions
  • Interviewing: You’ll pre-screen and interview candidates so as to ensure only the best candidates are offered roles at Paysafe
  • Candidate Management: Provide first-class support to all candidates who enter our recruitment process from application through to offer
  • Employer Branding: You’ll be expected to get your creative hat on and think of new initiatives and campaigns to support the candidate pipeline. You’ll also represent Paysafe at multiple employer branding engagements throughout the year.

To be successful you need to have:

  • Bachelors or Master degree
  • Strong computer literacy and experience with applicant tracking systems and MS Office
  • Fluent command in English, additional languages would be considered a plus
  • Excellent communication skills; ability to influence and negotiate
  • Stakeholder management prowess
  • At least 2 years experience in Recruitment
  • Laser focus on achieving the best results
  • Great multitasking skills, ability to juggle various demands and priorities on a daily basis
  • Accuracy and strong attention to detail
  • A proactive personality who takes pride in truly ‘owning’ their work
  • A creative mindset, ready to think of and try new things Interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain solid stakeholder relationships
