Paysafe is currently seeking a highly motivated and talented Identity & Access Management Operations Manager to join its Information Security team. The ideal candidate must demonstrate a robust understanding of identity & access management principles, along with experience in defining, implementing, and operating processes to provision, maintain and deprovision user accounts and access entitlements within a dynamic and fast-paced organisation.

How we work:

Our preferred arrangement is for the job holder to follow a hybrid model, spending an average of three days per week at our office location. The office is located in Gresham Street next to St Paul’s cathedral with easy access and transport links via St Paul’s, Bank, Cannon Street, City Thameslink, Liverpool Street, Farringdon, Mansion House.

The impact you will have:

Coordination and maintenance of policy documentation, including review and publishing.

    • Define & communicate access role ownership accountabilities for business applications.
    • Establish access role profile ownership in collaboration with senior business leaders.
    • Work with Business Analysis colleagues and application owners to define & agree appropriate application entitlements and roles and identify “toxic combinations” to inform segregation of duties controls.
    • Identify vulnerabilities and gaps in identity and access management operational processes.
    • Define, document, and execute centralised operational processes and procedures for the provisioning and deprovisioning of user accounts and access rights.
    • Define and establish consistent request and approval workflows within IAM technologies, in collaboration with IAM Technology Engineering colleagues.
    • Provide input to IAM process related training for line managers and application & role owners.
    • Work with application administrators to migrate existing access management processes to centralised processes.

• Work with security engineering colleagues and application administrators to implement monitoring of access changes within critical applications.

• Support regulatory compliance evidence requests, as required (e.g. SOX effectiveness of design and effectiveness of operation testing).

What we’re looking for:

  • 10 years of relevant Identity & Access Management experience and at least 3 years of people management experience.
    • Experience in working within Financial Services industry preferable.
    • Comfortable engaging in matters relating to Identity & Access Management operations processes with all levels of seniority.
    • Understanding of regulatory requirements such as PCI and SOX-404 advantageous.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal and collaborative skills, and ability to communicate IAM concepts such as Joiners-Movers-Leavers, RBAC and user access certifications, to technical and nontechnical audiences.
    • High level of personal integrity, as well as the ability to professionally handle confidential matters whilst showing an appropriate level of judgment and maturity

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems (IS), Information Technology or a related area.

• Recognized and active certification such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, CRISC or similar.
