We are looking for a Senior Pricing Program Manager to support our revenue optimization. The Program Manager will report into the SVP Enterprise Delivery & Transformation and will be based in Jacksonville, Florida where we offer a hybrid work environment.


The Program Manager for Revenue Optimization role is pivotal in overseeing functional delivery of revenue within the organization. It involves leading and managing the translation of pricing and optimization strategies for various areas from concept to reality. This role is accountable for ensuring the comprehensive and successful execution of every aspect of the Pricing and Optimization program.

  • Take charge of the delivery and execution process, ensuring it aligns with organizational objectives and milestones.
  • Assist in the definition and prioritization of revenue optimization initiatives.
  • Coordinate the recruitment and staffing process, ensuring the team is appropriately staffed with the required skills and expertise.
  • Navigate interactions across different departments and business units, fostering collaboration and alignment with transformation goals.
  • Lead change management efforts, including marketing communication, training programs, and stakeholder engagement, to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Work with legal, data privacy and infosec functions to manage exposure and risks associated with these initiatives.
  • Implement methodology for testing and validation pre, during, and post execution.
  • Ensure pricing execution procedures and sign offs meets SOX compliance requirements.
  • Provide regular, comprehensive executive reports on the progress of the transformation process, including key metrics, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Manage resource allocation, including budgets and personnel, to support initiatives effectively.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and roadblocks in the transformation process, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve successful outcomes.

Candidate Requirements

  • A successful candidate will need to have:
  • A minimum of 8+ years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of overseeing and successfully executing complex transformation projects.
  • Extensive knowledge of the payments industry, including payment systems, billing processes, and industry trends.
  • Demonstrated ability to define and execute strategies related to functional transformation, platforms, billing, and off-statement initiatives.
  • Experience in coordinating the recruitment and staffing process for project teams, with the ability to assemble skilled and diverse teams.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to navigate interactions within an organization, fostering cooperation among different departments and business units. Leadership of both direct reports and matrix staff.
  • Proven experience in leading change management activities, including designing and implementing communication and training plans to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Strong resource management skills, including budget allocation and personnel management.
  • An ability to identify and mitigate risks and challenges in transformation projects, adapting strategies as necessary for successful outcomes.
  • Exceptional problem-solving capabilities to address complex issues that may arise during the transformation process.
  • Familiarity with industry regulations related to payments and billing, ensuring compliance throughout
    the transformation
