Paysafe is currently seeking an Enterprise Program Manager who can hit the ground running that is highly motivated, flexible and experienced in technical enterprise program management and delivery. This person needs to bring experience in business change, IT development and enterprise wide product delivery projects where the initial primary focus of the role is running the technical merchant platform transformation. The role requires a person who is detail orientated and is comfortable working within a complex stakeholder environment, engaging with different areas of the business ranging from product, technology, infrastructure, operations, finance, sales teams, etc. to achieve successful delivery.

The Program Manager will need to have a strong technical and commercial mindset and understand the goals and objectives of the programs and ensure alignment with the business objectives. The successful candidate will ensure that deliverables they manage are on time and within budget, to the right level quality, leveraging the right technology solutions and in line with Paysafe’s governance framework.

This role will provide exposure in working in a global organization by effectively working with delivery teams and stakeholders across the world. Providing the opportunity to be part of high performing delivery team. Working with many different global and regional teams in a matrixed delivery environment delivering towards common global goals.

This role would suit someone highly adept at CxO level stakeholder engagement, experience with matrix influencing while having the flexibility to drop into the detail as required.

The Program Manager will report into the SVP Enterprise Delivery & Transformation and will be based in Jacksonville, Florida where we offer a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Leading and delivering large-scale transformational programs to meet defined business requirements, benefits and KPIs
  • Working with Program executive leadership to align IT and business objectives and build product & program roadmaps
  • Identifying, workshopping, managing and monitoring the overall scope, objectives and critical success factors of group strategic delivery
  • Ownership of the end to end plans for the Program initiatives, including the identification of critical dependencies and risks likely to impact cost, time, and quality
  • Ongoing management and mitigation of risks, issues and dependencies, escalating as appropriate to the Program Executive leadership and owning them through to resolution
  • Liaising between Product Management, Development Management, and business stakeholders to foster quality communications and solution alignment
  • Working closely with Project Managers, Delivery teams, Subject Matter Experts, Product Managers and key stakeholders to define program/project scope and requirements in terms of features and capabilities
  • Supporting both agile processes (incl. SAFe) and waterfall methodologies within a matrix organization
  • Tracking and reporting project progress to stakeholders with a focus on budget, scope, resources, and schedule
  • Working with Group Finance to ensure development and delivery of business cases and execution plans, including annual planning and budgeting

Professional Qualifications and Experience:

  • Successful track record of managing a portfolio of IT and business change programs, preferably in the Payments industry
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in managing end-to-end IT transformation programs, including a high degree of business change
  • Minimum of 5 years as an experienced Program Manager / Director within a major financial services organization
  • Strong leadership skills including experience of building and maintaining relationships with senior C-level stakeholders
  • Familiar working in a matrix organization working with agile/scrum teams, executive management, IT, without direct control of resources and with global geographical spread
  • A well-developed approach to problem solving and decision making
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills with excellent communication (written and verbal), time management, project and program planning, people and team building skills
  • Experience in developing, monitoring and executing complex project plans, meeting deadlines and operating under tight time constraints
  • Experience of applying best of breed project/program management processes and tools
  • Proven consultancy skills including running meetings and facilitating workshops with senior stakeholders, both technical and business
  • Proven ability to manage program/project budget, business case, scope and resourcing
  • Conflict resolution to understand various obstacles and applying negotiation skills to find optimal solutions
  • Experience working with distributed teams across different locations and time zones in a culturally diverse environment
  • Ability to travel internationally when required (subject to travel restrictions)
