Paysafe is currently seeking a motivated and talented Identity & Access Management Operations Analyst to join its Information Security team. Our dynamic, global business depends on its technology estate. The security of our Identity & Access Management is the foundation on which our growth is built.

In this role you will be part of a centralised team designed to provide support for the creation, maintenance and revocation of user accounts and access permissions across a broad array of business systems and applications. Reporting to the Identity & Access Management Operations Manager, you will be responsible for fulfilling requests for enabling access to business applications, whilst undertaking maintenance duties such as timely revocation of access as appropriate.

The ideal candidate is expected to have experience in working in a service request orientated role, working to tight SLAs, and be used to supporting internal customers via various channels including email, Teams and ServiceNow requests.

What you will do:

  • Manage user accounts and access rights within Active Directory (Entra ID), Salesforce, Oracle financial systems, and various other business applications.
  • Creating, modifying, and deleting user accounts based on organisational policies and procedures.
  • Managing permissions and privileges for different user roles, in adherence to ensure that users only have access to the resources necessary for their job responsibilities.
  • Adhere to agreed role-based access control models and enforce agreed segregation of duties controls.
  • Where necessary, collaborate with business and IT colleagues to fulfill user account and access rights requests whilst ensuring adherence to company policies.
  • Support the collection of evidence to demonstrate adherence to company policies regarding identifying & access management processes.
  • Support the development and maintenance of documentation, including policies and procedures related to identify & access management processes.


To be successful you need to have:

  • Prior experience working in an IT service desk or Information Security support function is essential.
  • Strong understanding of Identity & Access Management principles.
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements such as PCI and SOX-404 is preferred.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, in English, is essential.

Qualifications:

  • Service Desk, Identity & Access Management, or general technology qualifications desirable.
  • CompTIA Security+ or similar security qualifications desirable.
