The Senior HR Director, People Enablement role is a key strategic HR role serving as senior leader and trusted advisor in the People organization, representing Paysafe employee population, based in Sofia. Leading a team of People Enablement professionals, this role is pivotal in ensuring the management, motivation and engagement of 1,500 employees across Bulgaria and improving the efficiency of the HR processes and practices across all countries were Paysafe operates.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, motivate and support an HR, Admin and Payroll workforce of 10+ people and collaborates closely with the group wide centres of excellence for Recruitment & Employer Branding, L&D, Global Compensation, Workplace Services and Communications teams in order to execute on the HR strategy
  • As a senior leader within the Paysafe organisation, the Senior HR Director, People Enablement will be a key participant to the Bulgarian Management Committee; shaping and driving the agenda to improve the employee experience across the Bulgaria teams
  • Manage the deployment of global HR programmes and deliver on global/local HR projects
  • Partners with international and local senior leaders to drive a complete and professional HR service, including (but not limited to): organisational and business unit effectiveness, workforce planning, employee on-boarding, employee relations, engagement and retention, performance, goals and total reward management
  • Build up a local external network, hunt down awards and build personal brand value in the marketplace. Act as internal ambassador, upholding and promoting the company values
  • Manage continuous change and evolution in a rapidly changing environment
  • Lead the design, development and implementation of a global shared delivery People Enablement model
  • Standardize People processes & practices to ensure consistency & efficiency across all countries
  • Leverage and maximize technological capabilities to streamline People enablement service delivery and enhance the user experience
  • Develop key performance indicates and SLA’s. Closely track and monitor progress and adherence of service delivery expectations and improvements
  • Work collaboratively within the Enablement organization to continue to find innovative ways to optimize the work supported through our global delivery model
  • Lead People-related change initiatives to support organizational transformation
  • Proactively develop and execute effective communication plans, in collaboration with Internal Communications as appropriate, to ensure there is clarity and understanding and careful consideration provided to the impact of changes to all stakeholders
  • Overseeing and organising large events in collaboration with broader HR team and external partners

Key Skills & Capabilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), preferably in Business Administration, Human Resource Management or related field
  • Extensive experience in HR management, preferably in an international environment
  • Ability to provide strategic leadership, aligning HR initiatives with organisational goals
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written with the ability to connect with diverse audiences up to and including ExCo level
  • Demonstrable experience in change management is highly desirable
  • In-depth knowledge of employment legislation and regulations
  • Experience of handing complex employee relations issues, resolving conflicts and providing leadership and mentorship on HR-related issues
  • Knowledge of data analysis and reporting
  • Diligent and firm with high ethical standards
