What to Expect:

• Perform reconciliations between transactions processed by the payment gateway and those records received by the credit card processor
• Carry out reconciliations between successfully processed credit cards transactions and funds received from Visa and MasterCard.
• Responsible for preparation of the GL journal entries once daily reconciliations are done
• Maintaining accurate records and exercise quality control with respect to all related documentation.
• Perform daily and monthly Bank reconciliations for assigned multi-currency, credit card processing/segregated or operating bank accounts ensuring that differences are investigated and corrected without delay
• Supporting the project teams on requirements gathering, designing, analyzing and documentation
• Other tasks and duties as assigned

Your Profile:

• Knowledge of Visa and MasterCard operations, reports, systems and processes.
• Decision-making and problem-solving skills Proven ability to analyze information and anticipate outcomes in order to choose the best solutions.
• Strong attention to detail and determination with a high level of accuracy
• Willingness and ability to learn quickly Excellent numerical skills and enjoys working with data
• Excellent communication skills both oral and written
• Honesty and discretion when handling confidential financial information
• Intermediate to advance Excel skills, VBA/Macro a plus
• Bachelor’s in accounting or 2+ years in a related field
