To help us fuel accelerated growth, we are looking for an experienced Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct research to identify customer needs, challenges, and expansion plans.
  • Identify the relationship map within the customers’ structure.
  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
  • Build long-term relationships with existing customers.
  • Will manage a portfolio of merchants based in different regions/countries.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of proven working experience as an account manager or sales executive, preferably in International Sales.
  • Proven B2B sales track record
  • Experience in customer support
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Time management and planning skills
  • Strong persuader/influencer
    Articulate and analytical
  • BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field
  • Ability to travel, nationally or internationally, as needed.
  • Candidate must be based in Lima, Perú.
