We are seeking a Brand Communication Manager to play a pivotal role in our Recruitment team. In this strategic position, you will be instrumental in crafting and sustaining Paysafe's employer brand presence in Bulgaria. You will identify and manage new opportunities, working closely with the Bulgarian Management Committee and the CSR committee. Your contributions will enhance Paysafe's reputation as a responsible organization and solidify our standing as an employer of choice.

Responsibilities

  • Developing a communications plan including strategy, goals, budget and tactics;
  • Developing a media relations strategy, seeking high-level placements in print, broadcast and online media. Leverage existing media relationships and cultivate new contacts within business and industry media;
  • Create content for press releases, byline articles and keynote presentations;
  • Coordinate all public relations activities including media inquiries and interview requests
  • Manage, train and brief company spokespeople;
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders with regards to building our brand presence in Bulgaria;
  • Evaluate and manage new opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships and influencers;
  • Evaluate opportunities for CSR initiatives, partnerships, and award opportunities on an on-going basis to ensure the organization operates responsibly and contributes positively to society and the environment;
  • Provide support for organizing local events as needed – both internal e.g. town halls; exec visits and external e.g. media events;
  • Work in close collaboration with the Sofia General Manager, as well as the Sofia-based HR and Recruitment team, assist in the implementation of daily communications to the Sofia employee community.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Bulgarian and English.
  • 5+ years of Communications / Public Relations experience ideally covering a global audience as well as Bulgaria.
  • Proven track record designing and executing successful public relations campaigns at both a local and international level
  • Strong relationships with both local and national business and industry media outlets
  • Experience in acting as a company spokesperson; comfortable and skilled in both broadcast and print media interviews
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills
  • Excellent communication skills and well-practiced at working with senior executives for media purposes.
  • Solid experience with social media including blogs, Facebook, Instagram, etc.
  • Event planning experience
  • BA/MA degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or a related discipline
