Your career starts here. Help us build and deliver innovative payment solutions.

The Paysafe Banking division is responsible for the Group’s global payments, managing our international relationships and connectivity with our core bank and non-bank partners as well as the card brands to drive our strategic initiatives and ensure Paysafe has the strongest possible platforms and solutions for our future payment needs. We are currently seeking a Director to run Sponsor Bank relationships for North America. The right candidate will have strong knowledge of card payment processing, including the creation of new BINs at banks/processors as well as the migration of BINs between banks. As we bring on new sponsor banks to support future growth, experience in developing new bank relationships and also negotiating sponsorship agreements and pricing will be important for the role. The candidate should also understand the mechanics of Fiserv and TSYS processing. Knowledge of non-card payments (e.g. ACH, wires) would be a plus, as well as a general understanding of risk and compliance, in relation to merchant underwriting, chargebacks, fraud and navigating high risk industries. A majority of Paysafe’s business is considered as mainstream and low risk; however, we also strategically process payments in several niche areas, such as: Internet/Online Gambling, Nutraceuticals, Trial Continuity and Crypto. A candidate with expertise in these areas would be an advantage.

This role is based in Jacksonville, Florida and offers a flexible hybrid work environment where you will have a blend of office days and remote working days during the week.
