We are looking to recruit a Senior Product Manager Bank Payments to become part of the Product Team responsible for building and managing Paysafe’s Embedded Wallet product. The selected person will be responsible for transforming customer and business requirements into successful product features and enhancements. We are seeking a Product Manager to concentrate on bank payments for wallet deposits and withdrawals in key markets, ensuring customers have access to relevant international and local payment options.
This role would need to work closely with our customers, engineers, sales, legal, compliance and operational teams across the Paysafe Group and must have prior experience and knowledge in the payments space.

What to expect:

  • Roadmap custodianship: work closely with the Embedded Wallet product leadership, to draw and co-own the short and long-term priorities and roadmap for payments.
  • Product design: Build deep understanding of the customers’ needs, collect and incorporate quantitative and qualitative data and market research into product iterations and optimization roadmaps.
  • Product Requirements: Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to understand their needs, propose and validate solutions, and create detailed product requirements. Break these requirements into build specifications for the engineering teams. Ensure all key features and enhancements are aligned across teams.
  • Development support and delivery responsibility: work closely with one or more delivery teams and be responsible for the roadmap, designs, specifications, and deliverables of the team.
  • Product Advocate: gain deep understanding of the Embedded Wallet product and wallet platform capabilities, educate, and ensure new and prospective customers understand and realise maximum value from using our solutions for their use cases.


To be successful you need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing/business/technology or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management.
  • 2+ product management experience with consumer payments.
  • Experience in one or more local and international payment schemes (SEPA, FPS, SWIFT or other).
  • Experience with platform/API products.
  • Ability to advocate for new features using qualitative and qualitative reasoning.
  • Ability to work with ambiguity to create actionable roadmap.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
