How we work:

Our preferred arrangement is for the job holder to follow a hybrid model, spending an average of three days per week at our office location. The office is located in Gresham Street next to St Paul’s cathedral with easy access and transport links via St Paul’s, Bank, Cannon Street, City Thameslink, Liverpool Street, Farringdon, Mansion House.

Paysafe seeks a Salesforce Solution Architect to work on our highly customized in-house Salesforce setup with 2500 users. You will consolidate and improve sales processes (B2B) and customer service processes (B2B and B2C) and support an ongoing org merger.

The impact you will have:

  • Work closely with our stakeholders in Sales, Customer Service, Marketing and Risk to understand business needs.
  • Design high-level Salesforce solutions that are aligned with best practices and Salesforce guidelines.
  • Create user stories, process flows, and wireframes to illustrate the proposed solution.
  • Convince stakeholders of the best solution for their business needs.
  • Collaborate with product owners to define the requirements.
  • Collaborate with the technical architect who is responsible for the technical aspects of the solution.
  • Oversee end-to-end solution delivery and guide user acceptance testing.
  • Evaluate and select Salesforce applications and third-party tools to meet business requirements.
  • Keep up to date with the latest Salesforce product developments.

What we’re looking for:

  • University degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience as a solution architect for Salesforce, or 5 years of experience as Sales Cloud or Service Cloud consultant.
  • Experience on 5+ different Salesforce setups.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality.
  • Strong experience in data modelling on the Salesforce platform.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders – verbally, in writing and visually.

Additional expectations:

  • Experience in the financial services industry is a plus.
  • Experience as a Salesforce consultant is a plus.
  • Certifications in the Salesforce architect certification paths are a plus.
  • Experience with AWS Connect is a plus.
