What you will do:

  • Prepare reconciliations and aging reports.
  • Analyze ACH rejects procedures and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with accounting personnel in the production of effective, timely financial reporting information.
  • Perform daily clearing functions for Collections team.
  • Perform daily/weekly manual uploads for ACH rejects, billing and collection files.
  • Participate in projects designed to improve organizational effectiveness and assist in performing testing for new automation/processes.
  • Communicate with clients and other departments, resolving issues, and providing clarifications as needed. Ensure merchants accounts are set up correctly.
  • Help drive continuous improvement to procedures and internal controls.
  • Perform other duties, as assigned.

To be successful you need to have:

  • First degree university education or equivalent
  • 3-5 years full time work experience, at least 2 in a similar role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze complex data
  • Excellent system investigative skills
  • Excellent Excel skills, MS office
  • Be an excellent team player with the ability to build strong relationships, working cross function and with teams across the globe
