Essential Duties:

  • Leads and manages billing operations activities in a controlled and continuously improving fashion. Prepares reports and analyzing financial performance data including daily performance reporting
  • Escalates issues to line managers for rectification/clarification. Key interface between finance and operational departments
  • Supports and liaises with senior accounting personnel in the production of effective, timely financial reporting information
  • Assists in meeting external and internal reporting deadlines while maintaining the integrity of information
  • Continually reviews and improves processes and controls, ensuring appropriate documentation is in place. Participates in projects designed to improve organizational effectiveness
  • Coordinates and liaises with internal and external parties in relation to audit and tax requirements and deliverables etc.
  • Organises, manages and coordinates the team entrusted to him/her, delegates tasks and supervises their execution
  • Plans and implements quality assurance for all processes
  • Confidently liaises with regulatory representatives, professionals in external organizations, and the wider business
  • Ensures regulatory requirements are met

Your Profile:

  • First degree university education or equivalent
  • 6 - 8 years full time work experience with a minimum of 2 years supervisory or leading a team
  • Must have experience in managing billing processes
  • Ability to handle multiple activities successfully while adhering to strict deadlines
  • Attention to detail with sound analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Excellent system investigative skills
  • Excellent Excel skills, MS office
  • Be an excellent team player with the ability to build strong relationships, working cross function and with teams across the globe
