Senior Program Marketing Executive with Partnership Management Responsibilities

Reporting to the Director of Consumer Marketing, the Senior Program Marketing Executive will be responsible for managing a diverse range of marketing projects and campaigns across the Digital Wallets Business Unit, with a special focus on partnership management.

The Program Marketing function is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to support specific campaigns, programs, products or services. Being the ‘glue’ between Strategy and Execution, the teams would focus on collaborating across the business in delivering scalable, repeatable and impactful marketing programs that are customer centric, product and channel agnostic delivering experiences that our customers love!

How we work:

Our preferred arrangement is for the job holder to follow a hybrid model, spending an average of three days per week at our office location. The office is located in Gresham Street next to St Paul’s cathedral with easy access and transport links via St Paul’s, Bank, Cannon Street, City Thameslink, Liverpool Street, Farringdon, Mansion House.

The impact you will have:

This role requires the seamless execution of integrated marketing plans, driving initiatives across all channels, and developing strong, collaborative relationships with strategic partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Partnership Management:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners to drive co-marketing opportunities and joint initiatives.
  • Identify new partnership opportunities to expand Paysafe’s reach and enhance the value proposition of our products.
  • Work closely with sales teams for new merchant integrations and co-marketing activities.

Program Marketing:

  • Campaign Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns to promote specific programs, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, sales, customer service, and external partners to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts.
  • Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Track and analyse campaign performance metrics to measure effectiveness, optimize strategies, and report outcomes to stakeholders.
  • Budget Management: Create, manage, and monitor marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and achieving desired ROI.
  • Brand Awareness and Customer Engagement: Create comprehensive strategies that drive awareness, engage, retain, and nurture customers through targeted marketing campaigns that address all stages of the customer journey.

Project Management:

  • Ensure all projects and tasks are delivered on time, in line with the Program Marketing strategy and roadmap.
  • Develop campaign briefs and operational execution plans in collaboration with the wider Marketing Team.
  • Adopt a project management approach with continuous test and learn methodologies for all campaigns and programs.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Maintain strong, collaborative relationships across the marketing function and other key departments, including Sales, Product, Customer Service, UX, CoE and Brand Teams, PR, and Internal Communications.
  • Work closely with the Insights Department to ensure comprehensive reporting on all initiatives, focusing on growth and positive ROI.
  • Regularly align with all channel owners – social, paid media, email & CRM, web – for the planning and execution of campaigns.

What we’re looking for:

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Creative thinker with a customer-centric approach to communication.
  • Strong campaign, project, and reporting management skills.
  • Excellent briefing and stakeholder management skills.
  • Broad exposure to the planning, briefing, implementation, and measurement (ROI) of various marketing techniques.
  • Commercially astute with a proven focus on achieving ROI and growth hacking.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels.
  • Understanding of the payments or associated industries is beneficial.
  • Experience working in a partnership role is a plus
  • Marketing degree or similar qualification.
  • Tenacious, with a continuous improvement mindset and the ability to overcome barriers to effective working methods.
