What to Expect:

  • Review and completion of Compliance/KYC/KYB/Due Diligence/AML questionnaires, requests, queries from existing and new potential counterparties (banks, card scheme providers, payment services providers, etc.)
  • Act as a single point of contact for all Paysafe departments/units as applicable for the purposes of receiving/reviewing and preparing Compliance/KYC/KYB/Due Diligence/AML questionnaires, requests, queries
  • Cooperation with various stakeholders for gathering the necessary information/documents for the completion of Compliance/KYC/KYB/Due Diligence/AML questionnaires and responses to existing and new potential counterparties’ requests
  • Ensure all requests/questionnaires/queries are duly and timely addressed, prepared and appropriately followed up
  • Maintain relevant documentation/audit trail of the tasks/activities performed/completed with regard to Compliance/KYC/KYB/Due Diligence/AML questionnaires and requests
  • Keep the internal tracker for questionnaires up-to-date
  • Manage, coordinate, and support on a group level the AML/BSA audits (conducted by external audit companies, Internal Audit or Regulators) and other audits
  • Act as a single point of contact for the auditors and various Paysafe teams during the audits – facilitating the communication and correspondence
  • Work closely with the Senior Management Team and various Paysafe teams – gathering of the data and documents required by the auditors, reviewing and making sure the documents cover the auditors’ expectations and requirements, scheduling and conduct of walkthrough sessions
  • Assist with the preparation of the audit reports – gathering feedback from the relevant stakeholders, organizing meetings, making sure the action plans are provided timely
  • Follow up on the remediation plans – liaising with the stakeholders, gathering evidence for the remediation of the actions and providing them to the auditors
  • Keep the internal tracker for remediation actions up-to-date
  • Participate in projects and initiatives with focus on Audits & Questionnaires
  • Support in developing Management Information (MI) on Audits & Questionnaires for the Compliance Management

To be successful you need to have:

  • Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or equivalent
  • Experience in Compliance and AML/CTF topics
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Great interpersonal skills, self-motivated, innovative and experience working across departments
  • Team minded
  • Ability to work independently without direct supervision and strong sense of responsibility
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Advanced skills in reporting and data analysis
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications particularly Excel, Word, Power Point
  • Willing to do some travelling
  • Knowledge of the E-Money Industry and E-Money Products is a big advantage
